Dear Friends
This month I was just about to put pen (or should I say keyboard) to paper when I sat back in my chair and realised I had not properly prayed and sought God over what He wanted me to say. I had just worked out what I was going to write and was about to head forth. So I stopped, went into another room and began to seek Him. In praying I not only got some answers. He also led me to read a passage from scripture that really helped over a series of messages I am preparing for a leaders conference in Romania. I guess He just appreciated me asking Him first and blessed me with that to show me.
So I asked Him what I should start with and He told me to do just what I have now written. You need to know that you are important to this ministry and my heart is to always give you something that will encourage and bless you right from the heart of God. These Newsletters are not merely a report of what we are doing. They are vital to our partnership together in how God is using us to reach the world and enable everyone to reach their full potential in Christ. So I hope you are blessed as you read this month.
Julie and I had a wonderful weekend in Tottenham, London at the beginning of March as I preached at Destiny Church. We had known Pastor Mark and Mary Van Gundy for many years but had been out of touch with each other until late last year. We stayed at their home and enjoyed some excellent hospitality as we were taken care of so well. They had a mainly Nigerian congregation, which made us feel right at home even though I still cannot get their dance moves down. They listened intently as I developed a message called “Punch a Hole in the Roof” I had preached in Pakistan. I linked it to making a faith connection to get your answers and they responded well. I ministered at length afterwards and blessed many of them.
If you are a regular reader of my monthly articles you will see that I have broken down some elements of this message into 3 articles (the last coming next month) so do take a look.
I also spoke at a Workers Meeting for my friends Pastors Sesan and Dunni at LWIC in Slough. On this occasion I opened up the subject of working together as a team. I felt it was a very significant time for the church as they are developing and growing. I really enjoy working with them and being a part of their DNA. They are a great example of what I mentioned at the end of last year coming alongside to develop strategy and growth for the future at all the key levels in the church. I have a number of opportunities that are now coming together.

Just to let you know about next month. I am doing a first leaders meeting in Romania hosted by Pastor Ovi Starlici. We are expecting up to 200 leaders from various churches in Brasov to be present. Ovi has given me some challenging topics to speak on so please stand with me in prayer. I believe we are going to witness a powerful breakthrough for the kingdom in that part of the world. I will report back fully next time.
